The fact the numbers look so good means if they can try a claim they will. If this project was a heap of dog shit then they wouldn't care.
The deal was made with Norton prior to the Chinese buying them out. I don't know the history, but has their been a change in control? Even if not, upon seeing the numbers it is just business to argue their case.
The issue is what potential delays this causes.
I am not a lawyer and I am not privvy to the agreement docs, I am just a shareholder asking for more information regarding the "Discussion re title transfer".
All the approvals in the world wont matter if we have to put up a fight for title transfer,
