I dont think there is anything too extreme at all in your calculations. Good work. I think that they are targeting gold production of 36000 oz pa but if you add the revenue from copper and pyrite then the revenue would be close to your estimate.
If they can use all or part of the kundana plant (or sell it) then this will help lower the capital cost. they are also looking to have the royalties on produced metal waived in return for remediation of the existing pit water which will significantly reduce op expenses.
A target price of 60c would be very handy indeed!
