i hope they are monitoring these forums just so they understand how obvious they are when attempting this nonsense .
and i also hope ASIC monitors this also as this is actually a grass roots failure of ASIC for not stomping on this sort of behaviour in past . Now these guys do this knowing full well shareholder backlash is the only thing they need to deal with in the aftermath and if they have voting control then there is little avenues for shareholders to resist .

as you suggest a long way back by the look of things ASIC was a feared institution, they said jump and you asked how high , now they appear to do very little and they are aware of it because they issue speeding tickets on these companies regularly ...... but once the response has been actioned that appears to be it , with what appears to be no action to validate responses or sanction the perpetrators. its no wonder this behaviour continues.
