as you suggest a long way back by the look of things ASIC was a feared institution, they said jump and you asked how high , now they appear to do very little and they are aware of it because they issue speeding tickets on these companies regularly ...... but once the response has been actioned that appears to be it , with what appears to be no action to validate responses or sanction the perpetrators. its no wonder this behaviour continues.

Now that the re-secured of the surrender tenements have been addressed at least, will the next course of action is to void the free issue of shares for the Down South Project and terminate that acquisition
