Let's face it, the project is sound with the metallurgy confirmed late last year. Permits and approvals will be granted as no government is going to stand in the way of jobs, revenue and an environmental cleanup. We the faithful recognise this and others are starting to believe the wait might be over.

Perhaps the approvals discussion is stuck on how much responsibility the Qld govt takes for the existing environmental liabilities.
