LT holders of any micro cap companies see this happen all the time. Large investors will always wait for the last moment to invest and it always spikes suddenly. They dont care putting up the price 20,30,40 percent when they are looking for gains in the 100s. All they want is a sizable position. I was lucky that i didn't have money to get in at 20c when i wanted to and when i did it was 7.5c. Dumb luck.
