It will still remain a very illiquid stock as the public is only being offered $700,000 of the $3.2M raise.
One would presume if AMCI want to spend $2.5M for an in that they have done some homework
Yes it's a heavy dilution with the new shares from raise and the consideration payable to Cockatoo in shares.
