The initial ann in January states:

PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
Following completion, and subject to shareholder approval, Alex Passmore, Myles Schammer and Patrick
Murphy will each be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

A Google search indicated that Schammer and Murphy are Directors of Carbine Resources. Both on the Business News site.

I find this compelling considering there has been no vote on this and the announcement clearly states they are not directors until the job is done.

Also interestingly, The Pelican announcement was actually hidden in the annual report on the 14/08/2020.

Also the Cranston tweet indicates Konkera which is his company that owns 185000 Carbine shares.

This is just a trough for these f*ers to drain at will.

Also interestingly, Alec Pismiris is Non executive Chairman of Hot Copper Holdings. Him and the Chairman of Pelican converted 45 million options on the 30/06/2019 in Pelican a company that has been in suspended for over 18 months. They have over 3 mill in the bank and are waiting for "another project" too
