I like this deal a lot for reasons that @koala has stated.
Also, Evan canny enough not to enter a deal in which he couldn't see a way through defence negiotations to allow for mining, if the exploration stacks up.
His success with vml rare earths play and hence potentially North American defence customers, ought to confer him some influence.
