Seems clear that:
- The Ausco site is not in the testing area that is 3km away.
- The access grant does not permit mining - mining would be subject to Commonweath and State approvals and consents which is normal
- Access deed is subject to renewal "not to be unreasonably withheld"
Cranston is experienced and it would be excited that he will have undertaken appropriate due diligence.
