There’s a reason for that as there are some trace elements you simply can’t have in silica sand for glass manufacture and that is why you can’t use beach sand. The closer you get to the ocean the more likely the bad impurities are present.
This deposit is pretty close to the beach.
The Muchea acquisition provided results of testing for 15 impurities plus LOI.
The results for this Sandbox acquisition only provides 7 . I hope they have done their testing thoroughly?
