Yea apparently management sent out a letter to shareholders (not sure of the qualifying benchmark) with an offer to sit down and discuss the reasoning for this acquisition !!!!!

they are obviously trying to sure up support for this transaction. I won’t be voting for it and word on the street is neither will crb shareholders from the ausco acquisition as they are rightly seething of this deal . It must be a mates deal as it barely makes sense unless you just wink and say crato ...... dilutionary , over generous , barely marketable product , a lot of risk for some gain if it works out perfectly and poor timing , why the urgency ...........the bells are between my ears now and going nuts
