my question was rhetorical.
If we want to get anything of substance, for the past 3 or 4 years it seems we HAVE to ask
management.
It doesn't need to be like that - I would argue it shouldn't be like that.
all it does is create suspicion and allows furphies and fairies to breed on places like HC.
sometimes I get the feeling some people prefer it that way.
