If ever there was a sign that the management do not have any faith in their own ability to use their core skills (gas exploration and production) to successfully develop their main assets (upstream acreage) or that the main assets aren't going to be viable for there intended purpose (producing commercial quantities of gas at economically viable prices), this is it!
