My guess is that they start all these new things because they can't get their major one over the line... That is gas flows !!!
If they came out and said they had commercial gas flows, all the other projects may fall into line. Without it, it's going to be very difficult.
I've been in and out of this stock for a while now, and would love to get back in, but until the gas flows, they don't have anymore of my dollars.
Just my opinion.
