The Feb CR announcement indicated that the Directors gave a 'commitment' to purchase $1.4m shares at the CR price, subject to shareholder approval at the March EGM.
Results of March EGM (announced 29 March) confirm successful shareholder approval to issue these new shares.
Change of Directors Interest announcement 4 April shows the change of this $1.4M shares.
It's not a "new" investment, just a completion of the previous commitment.
Directors wouldn't be able to complete an 'on market' purchase at the 10c CR price, because well, it's on-market.
