Directors CR share purchase needed to be ratified by vote at the recent GM, thus the delay between feb Cr and director purchase, change of interest notice. Can't believe you still don;t get it after going back for a second look.
"Why else make the notation that purchase occur at 10c when market price 6.5c"... because they are spin doctors, everything gets spun as positive as possible, every release. Good to see Crutchfield averaging down on his CR shares on-market yesterday, signalling he's still as confident as he was in Feb.
