"There are no other intercepts near this value."... that is the glaring discrepancy makes it jump out as wrong. 1.9% Nb2O5 is an order of magnitude higher than what were classed as "significant Intersections" by DRE on intervals that average above cut-off (including up to 3m dilution). It just doesn't make any sense for a 31m interval to average 1.9% Nb2O5 in hole 51 when other large intervals in better mineralised areas (ie C3) struggle to get over 0.19%. Looks like a data error, only makes geological sense as a data error...
Regards the text you quoted, those are "peak value" for 1m samples (or 3m comps) so 1.84% Nb2O5 is just a coincidence I would say. There are no intervals in the table at 17.6% P2O5 or 22.8% TiO2 either, just lower than peak downhole averages.
