As I said will wait to get more info on this and why both parties think this is a good step for both companies
Maybe the synergies are so good that a merger is more advantageous than just doing JV projects ?
Cardia has been shifting into the personal hygiene market and Stellar certainly is in that - combine the two and hopefully the can launch a new product range and corner a slice of that huge market ?
