If Stellar produces average $21m sales per year, add on top Cardia's c$7m, combined group is close to $30m a year, definately a bump up in scale and synergy. Would also mean on a pure sales comparison, more value is going to Cardia shareholders.
Need more info re management/board structure/control but looks good so far.
