It's not really a merger, shareholders only end up with 42% of the merged group, the Stellar Group take effective control with 58%. So the question is really about the quality of Stellar management. On the surface contacts throughout 21 countries looks positive but $21mill revenue, we'd have to see what the breakdown of the figures are. The synergies look good though.
