    Looks okay to me. These guys need something. Stella could be a bigger company but the announcement is poorly written. Page 2 says , Over the last 15 years Stella with average sales of $21m over the last 3 years. What the hell does that mean. Is it $7m a year. Anyway, probably get sold down, i'm stuck with this one. Desperately , needs a consolidation. A 33% difference down and 50% difference up is a killer on any momentum.
