    21 mill in sales over 3 years - need to see if any of this ended up as profit

    Numbers are always a concern like Sales/Profit - 48/52% why??? - who will be on the new board ?
    What will be the synergistic saving?
    Additional costs for the board etc?

    Will have to wait to see full reports and then figure it out
