the worth i got no idea but looks promising .
the why see below i may be wrong on some things .
prob to float it get it listed as a separate companies where shareholders get cheap shares pre float.

(going by past floats or attempted floats there's being 4 that I'm aware off and the deals differed per float but the following a close example of what can eventuate they've given 1 share for the float to every 3 CNN held held for the price of at 1 cent .a note options have being considered in the past .

previous floats =acb currently trading
dia don't know what happened to it
still to float aquenox and cam bow i live in hope .
before ppl get excited proposed floats don't always get there as i have found out but this one might be different going by today's announ .
others holding cnn from years ago would be able to discuss the above more precisely as few things are from before i became a shareholder the above might be partly in error.
apologies if my post sound a bit negative but with 85k realised loses and over 15k in paper loses i think iv earned it as always dyor
