Why spin a business out of your mainframe when your currently going nowhere in the SP and need cash?
They are still at present trying to raise money from the huge shortfall from last placement to continue to operate business.
I can't work it out another spin off before we have had actually any form of serious SALES growth.

Yes so much potential here from all over the shop but its not worth didlio if you can't get the sales in and cover your operational costing. The market knows that and that's why we are currently priced at where we are.
How good would it be right now to be informed of some juicy sales deals. AAAAAh any sales deal!
