    well - the gloom is due to lack of information (I suppose there is a lot they can't ann until the "merger" is implemented)

    I'm pretty sure the 3 mill CR is integral to the merger - I have a fair idea about the cost of implementing that one (they don't value a comp shell @ 2 mill for nothing) ........

    Up to the company to present the "cat in a bag" they just bought and convince shareholders
