A better business model I think if they can pull it off esp considering the margins in manufacture of the bags.

I wonder if the closing of the Brazil plant is because they couldn't find an underwriter for a further CR. At least I hope this announcement means the foreshadowed further raise is off the table or rather with these guys delayed.
