    CMS changed this policy over 1 week ago so if it is specifically relative to CDX they have been a bit tardy!!
    Perhaps CMS forgot to tell CDX?
    I have no problem if CDX recognises this as expanding a prospective market and including it in Investor presentations / marketing activities. But, how is this a price sensitive ASX ann??
