I'm not sure which tier they would be aiming for - I'm no Nasdac expert. Practical thinking says they would aim for this one. Requirements would be 750k of income, 1,000,000 shares for initial float. 300 shareholders and an SP greater than $4. Hope the team focus on growing the SP as a stretch goal rather than taking an easy option of another 10:1 consolidation though.
