Great video with a very good explanation about how important Central Aortic Blood Pressure is to determine our long term health where as the normal blood pressure results that all GPs give us are now of limited benefit. Better than nothing I suppose but really CABP takes the issue to a new level for those who care about their health, as Craig does. While I was looking at the first video I came across Dr Derose and his new book. Delivered yesterday and will start to read asap. Google his name and a video from him will come up. Very interesting. I would much rather find a natural way to assist my condition rather than continue to take a drug which may in fact be doing me greater harm.. JMT
