Blackpeak Capital Pty Ltd and Stralis Capital Partners acted as Joint Lead Managers to the
Placement. 6% of the total amount raised under the Placement is payable to the Joint Lead
Managers.

So thats good to, looks like we attracted a new investor class.

Craig bought about 10% so thats good too, dont realy want them increasing their holdings anymore.

3,611,112 fully paid ordinary shares and 3,611,112 free attaching quoted options to be
issued to the Cardiex Directors and C2 Ventures Pty Limited will be subject to shareholder
approval and therefore not issued under the Company’s placement capacity.

All in All happy with this, lets hope the .09 becomes an anchor point. The options will over hang but it will tip moe money in the back around the right time when they start looking at launching the band.
