Whilst I agree that not offering the 1 for 3 options to long-term SH is poor.

If you do the maths - we can get 100,000 shares for $30K (at 0.30/share) plus if we were able to get the options (at 0.45/s). We would have to fork out another $15K for 33,333 share over the next 12 months. Total shares = 133,333 at av 0.34/s for total outlay $45K.

Between now and end of the year - i think we may be able to pick up shares at less than 0.34/s - so no real downside, except feeling a little aggrieved at not being given the option, (and possibility of waiting for SP to run over 0.45c before cashing in).

So i'll most likely subscribe for my $30k shares and wait and see if i want to buy more. This should fly in 6-12months time if CDX hits its published timings.
