Yep, what’s in the bag of tricks from here to up the SP and reduce the dilution. I’m not sure of legal requirements around timings etc, but I guess the prospectus would be out a couple of weeks after the EGM, all going well, and that will need the offer price. Open date 45 days after prospectus launch will have an end of Oct date for IPO date. I notice Roth Capital have a “Health Industry Investor Conference” on 2nd October, a good chance to drum up business.
Importantly, this would see funding available to launch Pulse and get some serious manufacturing happening … and one hell of a CES 2024, revealing Band to the world.
