What does everyone think of this investment by CDX back in 2019.
We currently hold equity of 7.64%, and have a convertible note valued at USD$3.74m in this filing. And there has been a pretty thorough valuation completed by by an external independent valuer. Given the market current values CDX at AUD $30M, inHealth represents 18.5% of our value !
The trigger for the convertible note is when inHealth complete a Tranche 2 raising, which is estimated as 1.419 years ... so the end of 2024.
This will translate to another 33% equity holding, taking the CDX total to over 41%.
Cardiex becomes the majority holder at this point.
This is my understanding anyhow.
InHealth seem to be doing good things.
It's difficult to find hard cold facts being a private entity.
However, I can see the number of health coaches and staff has grown to 25+ . These are the people actually delivering billable hours.
They have validated their program with clinical research
And seem to be attracting some top level customers
My feeling in this is a sleeper, and has significant value that is not being recognised on the ASX.
Perhaps an IPO in 2025 for inHealth Medical Therapeutics with Craig Cooper on the board driving the process with his learnings from CDEX.
Now that would add some value !
