You have had some good analysis of the situation in parts but your smugness on others ' possible financial loss' according to you is quite trashy. Reminds me of celebrations on television last few days, cant beyond me understand why some one would celebrate unless morally bankrupt. Stormer was a classic recently coming in to the thread when all looked lost.

Next would be working hard to find capital and find the best solution. Patience in attracting the right investors.Keep working the business. Some of your corporate governance options could implement.
