What could really justify a premium raise in my opinion is-
Pre-sales in advance of official product launch.
A partner announcement.
A well known director appointment.
A strategic investor- I remember in 2020 a significant investor only invested 2.5 million into 3DP at 5 cents and 3 month later share price was sitting at 60 cents. I sold at .10.
A clear plan going forward with potential $ numbers.
Also dependent on how much capital management invest. If the amount is sufficient without to much reliance on shareholder involvement would really give certainty.
