too many unknowns for those estimates to be much more than figures plucked from the air and with a discount rate of 16%, for such an unknown product, I would use a 30-50% discount, until more is known on take up of new tech (could be a flop could make these numbers represent monthly figures). Key is it is a paid report so price targets are massaged to be optimistic but not silly so the report can be taken seriously.
