I think if investors looked at those two companies above , their charts and how those businesses are developing, you might look at this entity in a new light. I'm seriously thinking of adding here and averaging down. I did this on the other entities mentioned and its proven to be a winner. Doesn't mean it will happen here, but I like the direction this entity is now going in after what would be fair to stay was a stumbling start

i used to own PCK, back it the days when its name is still not PKC (can remember it anymore). Bought in at 4cs level then sold at 9cs. Good gain. When it retraced to 3-4c level after touching over 10c, I was considering buying back again. I missed the opportunity to buy prior to Federal government deal. After that deal, it got a re-rate to where it is now.
