Paul Cozzi probably knows there's another CR coming, that's my theory regarding the constant selling.
It's not a conspiracy theory, because he has done it before.
Back in November he sold down his holding to cap the SP and then participated in the CR in December, see the substantial holder announcement.
If he knows he's getting a placement around 2c or under, of course he will drip sell now and bank the spread, rich people aren't dumb.
Why CR? At half year report they made a loss of almost $2mil, with cash left of $1.1mil.
That's why they took out the $1.5mil loan in March (against future RD credit).
So they might have $2.6mil cash.
Is that enough to last them till next year when all these wearable gets commercialized?
And they can't count on the RD credit as it will be used to pay the loan back.
