I don't think so that there will be a takeover in the near future....more likely a partnership or a significant investment I guess. Craig won't let go Cardiex so soon in the early stages...he got the master plan in sight and that's what he is doing...owning the cardiovascular monitoring space.
Selling the company for a 5$ price tag per share would put CDX on a 500 million valuation.
Craig wants to compete with Whoop, Oura and other big players with market valuation of more than a Billion $......sorry @Jackpot...not yet
