    "Gold Standard" isn't an opinion, it is a diagnostic benchmark set by the FDA.

    The application of the gold standard Sphygmocor technology has been in a small sector of the market and the team is looking to expand that application. The addressable market is set to be some US$60bn by 2027 (someone can fact check my figures, going by memory) so no, it is not a small niche, rather the company not trying to reach its full potential until now.
