    Good point re the directors buying in may indicate that there were no issues and things were progressing nicely.

    To your earlier question regarding Peloton, CDX had them sending out similar emails for the 2020 SPP which was over-subscribed. I think they will leave this open for the full duration to get as many funds as possible.
