the only disconcerting issue was the 'post haste' settling of Trance 2. "post haste' meaning 'as soon as possible'.
Now giving Coops some credit here, 'as soon as possible' is not a date,, and business considerations may of determined that to delay the $2.9m to finalize Trance 2 was preferable for some reason.. an internal business reason but one that doesn't have a material impact on the business.. thats my assumption.

Aside from that,, Im not aware of anything else to be concerned about.
