Your argument is nonsensical.
Skin in the game is what it’s about. A lot of the times directors can’t buy on market - they need what’s called a Black Out period.
He’s investing his own money in the company and I expect that would continue.
The amount of “free shares” as you call them, would pale in significance to the amount he’s actually paid for.
Just because the company’s timeframe isn’t matching your trading timeframe, you’re trying to make your problem, the company’s problem.
Adults generally understand it doesn’t work like that.
