So, they need to crush and float ALL the feed, then the 3% of that total amount, as concentrate, gets reground then put through a much smaller CIL (or BIOX or the like to get a higher recovery)?
So, the suggestion is, as i see it, there might be a slightly higher opex but that could be offset by a lower capex (as the smaller back end means lower capex)?
