As far as I can see, the only continuity in board personnel from 'day one' is Graziano. He gets a $50k in director fees a year and he has accumulated some options but nowhere near enough to support your claim. Dixon is still a top ten shareholder too (or thereabouts) but he isn't on the payroll any more.

If your allegation is that the current management team is solely there to drain cash, then you've got to explain why the top two shareholders would keep funding it in the way that they have. They aren't mugs, far from it. But perhaps they are being duped too!?

Long term holders (are you?) do have reasons to be frustrated. But your allegations don't hold water.
