The company was in the business of cardiocell and immunotherapy with some infusion on the side. That is all gone now and a new future has emerged, TAVR. Given how the previous ventures all went they may have had enough.
They may also be expecting the next 4c to be as disappointing as they always are, might be the best time to buy is a few days after that is released. The $22mil is good but with the debts, repayments and the shedding of staff and payouts it could be an expensive couple quarters before it stabilises.
