Someone is clearly trying to sell on good news. Would have to be a big holder for it to make sense for them to wait only to sell at .13 (rather than risk pushing the sp down further).
Has there been much action in the top 20 stockholders list? Is it possible to compare top holders holdings over time in a chart or something?
