The question for me is one of governance and self interest. Crescent AKA the board still running solo on CEO. I have serious concerns that the Crescent interests may not be the same as retail share holder interests. I also question their strategy about getting rid of a centralized management structure. Seems like duplication is the key, unless of course you are going to flog it off in bits.
