Their best point is that even now, there are way to few
soil testers[geotechnical] in the Gladstone area and anyone will do at any price.
Accomodation prices keep a lot of potential soil testers away as they are very ridiculously high.
Rent goes up $50 to $100 [weekly]frequently.
